My immune system stays in top condition thanks to On Guard! I diffuse it, drop some in my water, and rub it on my feet.
Peppermint is great for muscle injuries, digestion or stomach issues, and on the back of my neck to cool me down.
I roll Tamer on my wrists to help with motion sickness and my stomach when it’s upset from a meal. I love the smell too!
